Specialities

CBT ~I have a Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I offer therapy for anxiety, depression, OCD and Health anxiety

I-CBT I offer I-CBT therapy for OCD, this therapy offers an evidence based approach that teaches individuals to recognise that obsessions are based on imagined doubt rather than reality. Helping them to trust their senses and stop compulsive reasoning.

Health Anxiety~ A highly effective talking therapy focussing on changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that fuels excessive worry about about illness. I have experience of working with people who are having treatment for cancer and other life changing illnesses. CBT helps identify triggers and challenges catastrophic thoughts about bodily sensations and learn to tolerate uncertainty.

Grief Counselling~ I have a lot of experience of supporting people through grief. Grief counselling supports people in processing loss, and navigate their feelings in a safe space. Effective grief counselling helps clients to find personal meaning in their experience
